It Won’t Always Be This Way

In the pandemic I produced a body of work to try and stay sane and remind myself and others that it wont always be this way.

I made art in my studio and also put some up in the street. Now the words don’t have the same impact but now are more about how the we are ravaged by war and inequality and the mainstream is out of touch by taking us further towards social and environmental destruction.

The works are a mash up of screen printing and ink scraping which is a method to use up waste ink at the end of print runs by squeegeeing it onto bits of board that are waste from a local set building and carpentry operation.
